$150 per 50-minute Virtual Session

There are a limited number of sliding scale spots available for clients who may need reduced-fee support. These spots are reserved for individuals experiencing financial barriers to accessing therapy.
If you’re in need of a reduced-fee, please reach out, we’re happy to discuss current availability and options during a consultation or by email.

While OHIP does not cover services by Registered Psychotherapists in private practice, you will likely have coverage for counselling or therapy services if you have insurance benefits through your employer.
Your coverage may differ depending on your plan. We strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider to ensure they will cover services delivered by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Supervisor's information will be provided on the receipt.

Payment is due at the time of your session.
We currently accept e-transfer and credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX). -
While we understand that life can be unpredictable, late cancellations create a hole in the therapist’s schedule that cannot be filled last minute. Please note that a cancellation fee applies for late cancellations and “no show” appointments.
